Harrisburg is a city in Poinsett County, Arkansas, Poinsett County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 2,288 at the United States Census, 2000, 2010 census. It is included in the Jonesboro, Arkansas Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city is the county seat of Poinsett County.
